Dear Property Owner:
Please be advised, Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found your property referenced above
to be in violation of the City of Atlantic Beach, Code of Ordinances, to wit:
VIOLATION
Violation Description
305.1 General.
The interior of a structure and equipment therein shall be
maintained in good repair. structurally sound and in a
sanitary condition. Occupants shall keep that part of the
structure which they occupy or control in a clean and
sanitary condition. Every owner of a structure containing a
rooming house, housekeeping units, a hotel, a dormitory,
two or more dwelling units or two or more nonresidential
occupancies, shall maintain, in a clean and sanitary
condition, the shared or public areas of the structure and
exterior property. (Unit 511 Planet Pottery, ceiling is water
damaged and needs to be replaced in damaged areas)
This letter requests that the noted violations be corrected within fifteen (15) days of the
receipt of this notice.
To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violations on this
notice must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code
Enforcement. The Board may impose fines up to two hundred fifty ($250.00) per day for
continuing violations. Upon completing the corrective action required, it is your responsibility to
contact Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement and arrange for an inspection to verify compliance.
