Such structures shall not be located within required front yards and shall not be used to store any chemicals, hazardous, flammable or combustible materials. (Collection bin/container in parking lot) Violation Description FBC Section 105 Permit 105.1 Required. Any owner or authorized agent who intends to construct, enlarge, alter, repair, remove, demolish, or change the occupancy of a building or structure, or to erect, install, enlarge, alter, repair, remove, convert or replace any required impact resistant coverings, electrical, gas, mechanical or plumbing system, the installation of which is regulated by this code, or to cause any such work to be done, shall first make application to the Building Official and obtain the required permit. (collection bin/container placed in parking lot without the required permits or zoning approval) This letter requests that the noted violations be corrected by removal of the collection bin/container placed in the parking lot within ten (10) days of the receipt of this notice. To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violations on this notice must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement. The Board may impose fines up to two hundred fifty($250.00)per day for continuing violations. Upon completing the corrective action required, it is your responsibility to contact Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement and arrange for an inspection to verify compliance.
