Acknowledge receipt of the Building Department Monthly Activity Report and Monthly Financial Report for June 2014. B. Award the contract for annual Janitorial Services for City Facilities (Bid No. 1213-06) to Supreme Janitorial Service for one (1) additional year to expire on September 30, 2015. C. Declare this list of property as surplus so that the items on it may be disposed of in the most beneficial way to the City. D. Authorize the Mayor to sign the related paperwork for the applications and the subsequent paperwork related to the JAG grant. In addition, authorize Michael D. Classey to submit the applications on line and have the authorization to electronically sign the on-line applications on behalf of the Mayor and the City. 5. Committee Reports None. 6. FOLLOWING SOLICITATION OF COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. 7. Action on Ordinances A.
