BACKGROUND: The 90-day calendar is included on the agenda for the purpose of setting
meeting dates, determining the loc ation , time and whether or not to
videotape special meetings and workshops if the Commission desires.
The roJling 90-day calendar will be t·ev ised after receiving input from City
staff and the Commiss ion and will be in cl uded in each agenda for
consideration.
Special note:
• Police Building Workshop will be held on Monday, August 11 111 at 5 pm.
• Proposed date for the Annual Board and Committee Member
Appreciation Rec eption is Thursday, Octob er 2nd at 6:3 0pm.
• Proposed date for the next Town Hall Meeting is Saturday, October 18 111
at 10 am in the Commission Chamber.
