PROJECT APPROACH
FEE SCHEDULE
PROJECT APPROACH FEE SCHEDULE
The strategy Fred Fox Enterprises would utilize working with the City of Atlantic Beach
to develop a list of possible projects would be tomeet with the head of each City
Department or their designee to develop a list of potential projects each Department
would like to see carried out Our firm would then researchgrants and or loan
opportunities that may be available tofund those projects Once our research is
completed we would present the possible funding sources for each project to the City
After reviewing our findings the City would then provide direction as to which grant
and or loan opportunities the City would like to apply for Our firm would provide
investigation consultation and recommendation services as described above at no
charge to the City
Based upon the Citys direction our firm would meet withCity staff the Citys design
professionals the Citys applicable boards andor the City Commission to develop a list
of activities to include in each funding opportunity the City decides to pursue Based
upon these meetings our firm will compile the information and prepare the Citys
application for the proposed project and submit the application to the funding agency
The fee for the preparation of an application wouldnormally be three to five percent
3 5 of the grant amount being requested Payment of the fee would be contingent
onthe application receiving an offer of award from the funding agency
