Public Hearing and first reading on adopting a Tentative Millage Rate and adopting Ordinance No. 20-14-128 establishing the Operating Budget for fiscal year 2014/2015. AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE FINAL BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA FOR FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2014 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 2015. B.
