Public Hearing on request for use by exception (UBEX-14-00100045) to allow welding, metal fabrication, and sheet metal works in the Light Industrial and Warehousing (LIW) Zoning District at 325 Mealy Drive. Moved to 8G *B. Consideration of Opening an Access to Hanna Park from Seminole Road. Renumbered *B. C. Extend the expired terms on the Community Development Board by 90 days for members Kelly Elmore, A. Brea Paul, Harleston Parkes and Sylvia Simmons whose terms expire December 31, 2014. Ordinance No. 90-15-223, Public Hearing - Introduction and First Reading AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE III, DIVISION 4, SECTION 24-84 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, TO AMEND 2 CONDITIONS OF LOTS EXTENDING BETWEEN BEACH AVENUE AND OCEAN BOULEVARD; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICT; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. 8. Reports and/or requests from City Commissioners and City Attorney * The agenda was amended on 1/5/15 to move Item 3B from Unfinished Business to 8G Miscellaneous Business. Item 3C was renumbered to 3B. The backup materials for these items were unchanged, but renumbered.
