St. Amand 885 Amberjack Lane Atlantic Beach, Florida 32233 RE: Notice of Violation—International Property Maintenance Code, City of Atlantic Beach Code of Ordinances Overgrown yard—885 Amberjack Lane, Lot 25, Block 4, Royal Palms Unit No. 1 RE#171179-0000 Case #47712 Dear Ms. St. Amand: Please be advised, Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found your property referenced above to be in violation of the City of Atlantic Beach, Code of Ordinances, Chapter 6, International Property Maintenance Code adopted to wit: VIOLATION INTERNATIONAL PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE Section 302.4 Weeds. All premise and exterior property shall be maintained free from weeds or plant growth in excess of twelve (12") inches in height. All noxious weeds shall be prohibited. Weeds shall be defined as all grasses, annual plants and vegetation, other than trees or shrubs provided, however, this term shall not include cultivated flowers and gardens. (Property/yard overgrown) This letter requests that the noted violations be corrected by mowing the overgrown yard and maintain mowed and call for an inspection to verify compliance within ten (10) days of receipt of this notice. A re-inspection will be done on or before June 18, 2012. To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violations on this notice must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement. The Board may impose fines ^_ up to two hundred fifty ($250.00) per day for continuing violations.
