Please be advised,Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found the property referenced above to be in violation City
of Atlantic Beach,Code of Ordinances Section 6-16, International Property Maintenance Code adopted to wit:
VIOLATION
Section 307.3 Disposal of Garbage. Every occupant of a structure shall dispose of garbage in a clean and sanitary
manner by placing such garbage in an approved garbage disposal facility or approved garbage containers. (area
around dumpster is unsanitary and always a mess around the dumpster and adjacent area)
This letter requests that the dumpster area be cleaned and that area remain in a clean and sanitary condition
at all times. Please notify all your tenants of this violation. Area must be cleaned within ten(10)days of this
notice and the premises_and the property be maintained in clean and sanitary manner at all times.
A re-inspection will be done on or after December 30,2011. Failure to comply will result in the city correcting the
violation at a cost of the work plus a charge equal to 100%of the work to cover the City's administrative expenses,
which will be assessed against the property. If not paid within thirty(30)days after receiving the billing,the invoice
amount plus advertising costs will be recorded as a lien on the property. Upon completing the corrective action(s)
required, it is your responsibility to contact Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement and arrange for an inspection to
verify compliance.
It is our goal to enforce the codes and ordinances of the City of Atlantic Beach and protect the health, safety and
welfare of the City,and accordingly,your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated. Please contact Atlantic
