Dear Mr. Kientz:
Plans for the referenced project have been reviewed by a consulting engineer.
Pertinent comments follow:
1. Sheet 2-- The building "sanitary drain" and the
grease area drain must be separated. Toilet waste
must not drain through a grease trap.
2. Sheet 2-- The building service lateral must be
re-routed direct to the existing manhole near the
Southeast corner of the site.
3. A general note must be added to indicate that
the City of Atlantic Beach must be notified at
least 48 hrs. in advance of any work on the City's
utilities. (Ph. No. 246-2766)
4. A note should be added to indicate that the water
main connection must be a "wet tap" supervised by
utility personnel.
When the above corrections have been made to plans, please furnish three copies
of utility plans to the Director of Public Services, City of Atlantic Beach.
