Dear Mr. Morehead,
In response to your letter of March 13th I am enclosing the
following information for your use.
1. The referenced property is zoned CG which allows the sale of food,
snacks, beer & wine, gasoline F, oil and other similar items as sold at
convience stores. (Copy of permitted uses enclosed)
2. Sale of beer $ wine can take place from 7:00 am to 2:00 am except
on Sundays which is from 1:00 pm to 2:00 am except as noted for holidays.
Copy of Alcholic Beverage Code is enclosed for details.
3. The installation of gasoline tanks must comply with the Standard
gasoline industry codes and City of Atlantic Beach regulations pertaining
to service stations. (Copy enclosed)
4. The preparation of food on the premises will be permitted by the
City of Atlantic Beach as long as you meet all Health Department
regulations. You must provide the City of Atlantic Beach with a copy
of the health permits.
5. City of Atlantic Beach Occupational licenses will be required for:
the sale of gasoline and oil, groceries,.delicatessan and any coin
operated vending or amusement games you might have.
I also have a problem with the legal description and address I was
given. I have assigned an address of 1600 MAYPORT ROAD. I will also
need a clarification on the legal description before building permits
can be issued.
