On February 16, an appeal was filed related to the issuance of permit 15-CVPR-2411 at 535 Atlantic
Boulevard. Per Section 24-49 (c) of the Atlantic Beach Zoning Regulations, "an appeal to the city
commission shall stay all work on the premises". This letter hereby informs you that the work on site
shall stay until the appeal is heard. I've attached a copy of the appeal for your records.
The 6 month expiration period for your permit as outlined in Section 24-67 (g) is tolled as of the date
of the appeal. More simply stated, the 6 month clock is put on pause until the appeal is resolved.
