Nice speaking with you today. Thanks for the rate of $165/hour. As
we discussed we are planning a one year project to do Atlantic Beach’s
EAR and to rewrite the entire LDC for the City. I will let you know
where we end up on this.
Attached per your request is my rewrite of the Sign Ordinance to
conform to the Reed Case. If you would like to give me a cost for
reviewing this Sign Ordinance to insure that it conforms to the Reed
Decision, let me know how many hours you think it would take to review
this and the Commercial portion of the code to make sure I missed
nothing. As I mentioned I did not revise our Commercial sign code,
but added/reviesed the attached sections to conform to Reed.
