adecandis@coab.us - 1144 east coastI met with Ossi this am. He stopped in to see me. I explained to him
the CO would not be issued pending a final decision being made on going
to the Planning Board. We discussed the variance process with the
planning board and the appeal process with the City Commission. We
talked about removing the brick on the Garage to eliminate the ½ inch
over the 5% and he is considering this.
He is going to talk with his attorney and discuss the matter but he
thinks he would like to meet with us (Breda, Drew and Nelson) and his
attorney to talk about his best options. Also he wants to meet with the
Mayor. He is also going to speak with his attorney about meeting with
Lambert and Andrews. Right now he wants to get some legal advice to
decide how to best move ahead.
I also told him that not much would happen on this issue untill after
the Holidays. I will keep you informed if I speak with him again.
