before 10:30am. But in reply to your email, i thought at our meeting on
Tuesday morning that we decided to get with Chris to let him know what
we had decided and to find out his opinion on whether he intended to
challenge the 3 setback calculations we think meet the code requirements
for admin variances. If so, then we were going to regroup internally
and decide what would be the most efficient way to handle in terms of
hearings and meetings, possibly deciding to send it all to CDB. i have
a meeting at 11 am out of the office..i will be gone from about 10:30
til 12:30, and back in office all the rest of the day and could talk
with you, Chris, Sean Mann, Ossi, etc. at anytime. Call before i leave

I have not spoken to Chris since we met with the Mayor, Drew and Bruce.
He was told we would meet with you and get your opinion and make a

I met with Ossi this am. He stopped in to see me. I explained to him
the CO would not be issued pending a final decision being made on going
to the Planning Board. We discussed the variance process with the
planning board and the appeal process with the City Commission. We
talked about removing the brick on the Garage to eliminate the ½ inch
over the 5% and he is considering this.
He is going to talk with his attorney and discuss the matter but he
thinks he would like to meet with us (Breda, Drew and Nelson) and his
attorney to talk about his best options. Also he wants to meet with the
Mayor. He is also going to speak with his attorney about meeting with
Lambert and Andrews. Right now he wants to get some legal advice to
decide how to best move ahead.
I also told him that not much would happen on this issue untill after
the Holidays. I will keep you informed if I speak with him again.
