90-Day Calendar for the Mayor and Commission

None
The 90-day calendar is included on the agenda for the purpose of setting
meeting dates, determining the location, time and whether or not to
videotape special meetings and workshops if the Commission desires.
The rolling 90-day calendar will be revised after receiving input from City
staff and the Commission and will be included in each agenda for
consideration.
Special notes:
• The Commission will hold a Roundtable Meeting on Wednesday,
November 15 at 4:30pm. Immediately following the Roundtable, the
Commission will hold a joint workshop with the Community
Development Board beginning at 5:30pm.
• Swearing in ceremony for new commission will take place on Monday,
November 13. Individual and group photos of the new commission will
be taken prior to the regularly scheduled meeting beginning at 5: 15 pm.
• A Town Hall Meeting is tentatively scheduled for Saturday, January 20
at 10 am in the Commission Chamber.
