CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, "STREETS, SIDEWALKS AND

OTHER PUBLIC PLACES", CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA; ADOPTING
NEW PROVISIONS IN CHAPTER 19 OF SAID CODE; CLARIFYING RIGHT OF
WAY PERMITTING; CREATING NEW REGULATIONS IN CHAPTER 19 TO BE
ENTITLED "COMMUNICATIONS FACILITIES IN PUBLIC RIGHTS OF WAY";
PROVIDING FINDINGS & INTENT; PROVIDING DEFINITIONS; PROVIDING FOR
