A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH
THE NORTHEAST FLORIDA REGIONAL COUNCIL TO DEVELOP PROPOSED CHANGES
TO THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS FOR AN
AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $150,000; APPROPRIATING FUNDS FROM THE CITY’S
GENERAL FUND FOR THIS PURPOSE; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE SUCH CONTRACTS AND PURCHASE ORDERS IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND
AS NECESSARY TO EFFECTUATE THE PROVISIONS OF THIS RESOLUTION; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA; ADOPTING NEW PROVISIONS IN CHAPTER 19 OF SAID
