Best practice for sharing the Adele Grage Community Theatre
1: All parties sitting down with Calendar in hand,to plan out a year in advance to avoid having
performances scheduled at the same time.
2. Any set that precludes access to the stage for the other party must either be cleared on the days that
the theatre is booked to provide access to the stage or be approved by the city manager as per the
contract and alternative arrangements made for the children's classes in the community room.
3.:The First Act could adjust our 14 week schedule to 13 or even 12:weeks in order to free up a
weekend twice a year for the children tohave theirshows, and/or ABET consolidates one or two of
their six shows into two weekends instead of three.
4. Require all directors to provide detailed information regarding plans for their set to The First Act in
order to plan around that set accordingly.
5. Due to the limited space for stage lighting, The First Act be allowed to access the lighting interface
directly and pay an annual fee of$300 for electricity and bulb wear.
