Enclosed please find a copy of the Notice of Public Hearings before the City Commission of the City of Atlantic Beach for the above referenced rezoning application. The first public
hearing and first reading of the proposed rezoning ordinance will be held at 7:15 pm on Monday, June 10, 2002, and second reading and action on the proposed ordinance is scheduled for
7:15 pm on Monday, June 24th, 2002. Both meetings will be held at the Commission Chambers at the Atlantic Beach City Hall, 800 Seminole Road, Atlantic Beach, Florida.
Please be advised that failure to appear at the scheduled public hearings may result in delay of action on the matter, or possible denial of the request. This matter is subject to quasi-judicial

NOTICE is hereby given of public hearings to be held by the City Commission of the City of Atlantic Beach, Florida to enact an ordinance rezoning lands as described herein. First reading
of the proposed rezoning ordinance will be held at 7:15 pm on Monday June 10, 2002, and second reading and action on the proposed ordinance is scheduled for 7:15 pm on Monday, June
24th, 2002. Both meetings will be held at the Commission Chambers at the Atlantic Beach City Hall, 800 Seminole Road, Atlantic Beach, Florida, at which time comments are invited on
the application regarding the following:
Application: Application to rezone approximately 2.5 acres from OR (Open Rural) to SP (Special Purpose District) to bring zoning designation into compliance with the existing radio
station use.

Physical Location: North of Atlantic Boulevard and east of Intracoastal Waterway (1611 Atlantic Boulevard

A portion of unsurveyed Section 19, Township 2 South, Range 29 East, Public Records of Duval County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
For a point of reference commence at the intersection of the center line of Atlantic Boulevard with the easterly right of way line of the Intracoastal Waterway, and thence run north
74 degrees 11 minutes east along said center line of Atlantic Boulevard a distance of 511.21 feet to an angle point of said center line; thence run north 89 degrees 00 minutes 50 seconds
east along said center line a distance of 1744 feet; thence run north 00 degrees 59 minutes 10 seconds west a distance of 50 feet to the northerly right of way line of said Atlantic
Boulevard for a point of beginning of the lands to be conveyed by this description; thence continue north 00 degrees 59 minutes 10 seconds west a distance of 430.98 feet to the north

this application. The applicant, First Coast Catholic Communications, Inc. (WQOP - Queen of Peace Radio) requests to rezone approximately 2.5 acres from OR (Open Rural) to SP (Special
Purpose District) to bring zoning designation into compliance with the existing radio station use. The property is generally located north of Atlantic Boulevard and east of Intracoastal
