PROJECT Property Location Map Item No: PLAT17-0004 Address: Northwest corner of Ahern Street and East Coast Drive Applicant: Ahern TH Project, LLC PUBLIC HEARING(S) Body: City Commission Date: February 12, 2018 Time: 6:30 PM Request: Request for re-plat approval as required by Chapter 24, Article 4 of the Code of Ordinances at Atlantic Beach Subdivision A, Lots 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 Block 2 (54 East Coast Drive, 329 and 331 Ahern Street). Summary: The applicant is proposing to divide the currently vacant land at the northwest corner of Ahern Street and East Coast Drive into 12 lots for a townhome project. Each lot will contain one townhome unit. The townhomes will be connected to each other in one of four buildings, each with three townhome units. Easements across the lots will allow for access and utilities. Pursuant to Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes, a person deciding to appeal any decision made by the Commission with respect to any matter considered at the meeting or at any subsequent meeting to which the Commission has continued its deliberations is advised that such person will need to insure that a verbatim record of all proceedings is made, which must include the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
