A public hearing regarding the following items will be held by the

TUESDAY, June 2, 2015 at 6:00PM.
•CASE NUMBER 15-ZVAR-1036 (331 Ahern LLC)
Request for a variance as permitted by Section 24-64, for a reduction in side yard setback
from 15 feet as required by Section 24-108(e)(3)(c) to 7.5 feet on the east side at Atlantic
Beach Subdivision “A” west half of lot 10, Lot 12 Block 2 (aka 331 Ahern St).
