Ahern to First St beach front property
Jim, I talked with Bill Gulliford earlier in the week, and just met with
RD DeCarle. The five property owners and Ocean One are talking among
themselves, but I anticipate them submitting a Small Scale FLUM
amendment and zoning change application in time to go before the
Community Development Board on September 21,
The requested change would be from multi-family zoning (RG-M) and
Residential, Medium Density(RM) land use to Central Business District
(CBD) zoning and land use.
