RE R.D.de Carle Duplex at Beach AhernGeorge, as discussed during our meeting, your design placing two 20'
driveways along the Ahern street (long) side of the property, meets the
intent of the City ordnance prohibiting more than 24' combined driveway
width on a 50' lot. The 50' applies when the short frontage side
contains the driveways, rather than this case where the Ahern frontage
is 160' (+).
