I hope you have all read the FTU article. It is outrageous that Gate is claiming
their plans are for a small service. Their best advocate, Jeremy Hubsch, agrees
with them. This monstrosity will encompass almost two acres!! This ostensibly
will pollute and decimate the entire Saltair neighborhood.
I am surmising that Jeremy Hubsch is attempting to resolve the $207,288 judgment
incurred by his wife in a 2013 foreclosure by obtaining a position with Gate. That
judgment has an interest rate of 4.75%per year.
Also consider, please,that gas stations will be obsolete by the year 2030. The Northeast
Florida TPO is advocating a reduction in gas usage by more than 2 billion gallons by
the year 2020. Even Jacksonville is installing 28 electric charging stations. Do
we really want to return to the 20th century?
