Magistrate Branham called the meeting to order at 2:00 PM.

3_ ADMINISTRATION OF OATH
Magistrate Branham administered the Oath to the attendees - staff, respondents and witnesses_

Action: Magistrate Branham ordered all fines levied against Respondent Wells Fargo
Home Mortgage waived, and the City of Atlantic Beach's lien against the above-
referenced property released in full.
