1. CALL TO ORDER
Magistrate Branham called the meeting to order at 2:00 PM.
2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
A. Approve minutes of the Code Enforcement Special Magistrate meeting on March
5,2020.
The minutes were approved as submitted.
3. ADMINISTRATION OF OATH
Magistrate Branham administered the Oath to Code Enforcement (CE) Office Irizarry. There
were no respondents or witnesses in attendance.

NAME: Justin A. McGurrin
ADDRESS: 50 Simmons Road
Testified: CE Officer Irizarry.
Respondent: Not present.
The slideshow presentation was entered into the record as evidence.
Action: Respondent shall have until July 12, 2020 to obtain full compliance.
