Bicycle Parking: Section 24-161(L) requires 2 bicycle parking spaces plus 1 for every 10 vehicle spaces required. The bicycle spaces must be located
within 50 feet of the entrance. See Section 24-161(L) for all requirements regarding bicycle parking.
Landscape Plan: In accordance with Section 24-176(b)(2)(f), please show the total square footage of vehicle use areas (parking, drive aisles, etc.) and
total square footage of new landscape area to show that 10% of the total vehicle use area is landscaped (Section 24-176(c)(1).
Minimum planting sizes: Section 24-176(i)(2)(b) requires planting sizes to be the same as in our Tree Code, which are:
- 4 inch caliper and 12 feet tall for new oak trees
- 2 inch caliper and 10 feet tall for all other new trees
- 8 foot clear trunk height for new palms (this one has been met)
Atlantic Blvd Landscape Buffer: Section 24-176(d)(1)(a) requires one tree for every 25 linear feet of vehicle use area frontage along Atlantic Blvd. Note
that at least half of these trees must be shade trees. Chapter 23 of the code has a lists of acceptable shade trees. Section 24-171(g) also requires a row
of shrubs 2 feet tall along this landscape buffer.

4. A completed Floodplain Development Permit Application will be required as part of the new CIV 20-0004 Application from the licensed contractor.
