Attached is the WMD permit for the modifications referenced below.
This permit also addresses a revised erosions control plan to allow the
contractor to postpone installation of a portion of the erosion control
measures where construction activities are not present (see attached
revised sheets). Additionally, this permit allows for the drawdown of
portion of the Sherman Canal to facilitate construction for this
development.

Alex, because the changes do not affect the City maintained portion of
the project, no change to the City permit submittal is required. I
would like to have a copy of the revised stormwater calculations for the
WMD permit, and a copy of the ERP when issued. Related request, if not
discussed before, I will need a copy of the Engineer’s As-Built
certification to the WMD when stormwater system is completed.

Rick / Donna,
Good morning and Happy New Year. Please see the attached pdf. In an
effort to generate additional fill material for use on the golf course,
we are proposing a modification to the approved engineering plans. The
proposed modification will consist of the transformation of one of the
proposed treatment basins into a wet detention facility with associated
storm drainage and lot grading revisions. The proposed modification
will essentially improve the overall drainage design/flood routing for
this development.
There will be no revisions to the approved utilities.
What will be required for permit modification submittal to the City of
Atlantic Beach?
