The owner on Fairway Villas says the fence belongs to the ABCC. I cited her for it and she wants it gone, says it is not on her survey and is part of the CC fence along the back of
all those Fairway Villa properties.
Now the CC has their silt fence up and there is an area approx. 5' wide that is not being maintained.

Debbie, I don't know if this fence is owned by the Fairway Villa property owner or the country club. If the latter, I'm sure it will be replaced by their planned opening date (October).

Attached is a photograph of the dilapidated fence at westerly perimeter of AB Country Club and the rear yard of 2287 N Fairway Villas.
Do either of you know what the plans are for this area? The fence needs to be removed or repaired and the area between the silt fence and the fence needs to be mowed. (All ABCC property)
Any information you can give me will be appreciated.
