ABCC site plans - 4Doug, Freddie says the outfall pipe from Public Works to the SW pond (new pond designation SWMF 5) is completely buried and the Supervisor working piping installation in the vicinity didn’t know it existed. Please have pipe exposed and extended if necessary to reach new pond site. Alex, any progress on easements discussed at the Feb. 6th meeting (expanding the north side water line easement to 20’ and adding a 20’ easement for this outfall pipe)? Will this be included in the Plat submission discussed a couple of weeks ago? Thanks, Rick Ricky L. Carper, P.E. Further information may be needed in this area. COAB is currently locating the 24” Water Main that runs along the northeast property line as it was also not located on the as-builts. If the treatment basins are in conflict with the existing 24” WM we will reshape as necessary to avoid conflict. Thanks, Alex R. Acree, P.E. Would you check please? If I’m reading correctly, on Sheet #4 of the Taylor & White prints the excavations SWMF-2, and TB-11, TB-12 pose potential conflicts with either are force mains or the 24” water main from #2 WTP. TNT
