We can’t deliver the contracts and bonds because we have no contract date to put on the contract and bonds. I can sign and deliver the contract but it won’t have any contract date and
I can’t have the recorded bonds with it. What we have done with other owners with similar situations as this is that we can assume the signing will go successfully on 1/10 and set the
contract date for 1/13. We can deliver the recorded bonds and contracts next week with this date of 1/13/14 on all of them and accept the NTP for whatever date after 1/13/14 you want.
I believe this to be the best option to move forward with. Please let me know how you want us to proceed. Thanks.

Rick, that is great news.
Would you be able to get me a digital copy of the agreement or some other written evidence of the land sale closing as soon as possible afterward? That is the trigger for our signing
the contract and issuing Notice to Proceed to our contractor to construct the reclaimed facilities.
FYI – I will be out of town January 13 through 20th – so please copy Nelson if sending during that time so he will know that he can have the Mayor sign the construction contract.
Mark, if you want to send me the signed contract I’ll get that to Nelson so he can have it ready. Just don’t want to hold thing up waiting on signatures because I’m not here. Thanks

As an update, Atlantic Beach Partners, LLC anticipates closing on Selva Marina Country Club on January 10th, 2014.
Per the conditions of the SPA, a recorded copy of the Recreation and Green Space Easement will be delivered to COAB upon recordation and prior to commencement of the project.

Rick,
One of the items from our meeting was about whether reuse could be used for watering the tennis courts.
I asked Jeff Martin of DEP about this issue and he said there is no problem as long as requirements of the Reuse Rule and our permit are met.
The only applicable requirement would be if the tennis courts are within 100 feet of any outdoor swimming pools, public bathing, eating or drinking facilities that low-trajectory nozzles
are used to minimize aerosol drift. (Copy of applicable rule attached).
