I know that your finish schedule and opening plans are very tight, so I am sending you my schedule to avoid any surprises and expedite your inspection process and opening.
I will be out of town, at a FEMA workshop December 7 through 13 and out of town Christmas week from December 21 to the 26th.
That leaves the first and third weeks of December, when I am available.
Our other inspector, Mike Jones, can do Commercial Building inspections, but either I or the Jacksonville Building Department have to do the MEP’s (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing,
and Gas).
I hope to do the final inspections, because the final inspections are much easier when the same inspector did the rough inspections. There are fewer questions and things just go smoother.
Outside of the above dates, I will be available week days, nights, and weekends for individual, partial, or complete final inspections.
