Revised CRA Boundary ExhibitHey Derek, I’ll redraft the boundary today. I think I understand most of your suggestions but just want to clarify. 1. Good to go. 2. Would the club property include the two parcels I’ve highlighted in blue (see attached)? 3. Northwestern property, removing. Check. 4. Might you highlight the cemetery for me? 5. Added! The Selva Marina Country Club is now the Atlantic Beach Country Club (label) 2. Would we want to add the full extent of the club? The current highlight would encompass the new residential but leave off some of the club property. (boundary) 3. The northwestern property could probably be removed. It is city owned and is basically all marsh except for the road. (boundary) 4. We may want the cemetery property to the east of #2 at Main and Levy included. (boundary) 5. Should we include Johnston Island in the far southwest corner of the city? It’s a controversial property but they did attempt to develop it in the early 2000s. (boundary) Also, did you ever get to look at the data from the Property Appraisers Office on the city’s FTP site I told you about at the end of December?
