1. CALL TO ORDER
Magistrate Branham called the meeting to order at 2:02 PM.
2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
A. Approve minutes of the regular meeting of the Special Magistrate meeting on
September 3,2020.
The minutes were approved as submitted.
3. ADMINISTRATION OF OATH
Magistrate Branham administered the Oath to the attendees - staff and respondents.

ADDRESS: 50 Simmons Road
Testified: CE Officer Irizarry, Justin A. McGurrin
Respondent: Justin McGurrin was present.
The slideshow presentation was entered into the record as evidence.
