7/15/2020 – Application denied – Unapproved pavers increase impervious coverage to over 45% allowable by code and trigger the need to install additional stormwater retention.
9/1/2020 – Mr. Warhurst stated on the phone that his intent was to remove the pavers. He is in the air conditioning industry and been very busy with work.
