Correction Comments:
Application is disapproved for the following issues:
1. The pool area plan and site plan are not clear, regarding the swimming pool barrier and egress from the
motel rooms and pool area. Issues of concern include width of circulation paths, egress from rooms,
common path of egress travel, and number and location of exits from the pool area and motel property.
Please provide detailed drawings from a design professional showing the pool area and overall site with
all dimensions and a Life Safety plan.
2. Please find the Fire Marshal’s Comments, attached.
3. Planning and Zoning and Public Works have approved this application.
4. New submittals may generate additional comments.
