12/16/2020 – Fence inspection was performed and it was found to be in compliance with the approved plan and code.

8/26/2020 – Mrs. Girardey notified us the fence would be cut shorter on 8/27/2020.
9/10/2020 – Advised Mrs. Girardey by email that she still did not have an approved permit and revised application was needed.
11/4/2020 – Fence permit was issued. Fence has not been inspected and fence height has not been verified to be in code but appears to still be out of compliance.

1/5/2021 – Received application for a precise demolition of the garage, repairing soffits, and re-enforcing rafters. The demolition portion of the permit was approved. Approval does
not include any of the reconstruction.
1/7/2021 - $200 fine remains outstanding.
