One of the ` new" lots would include the existing duplex and would be 61 feet wide while the other "new" lot would be 39 feet wide and potentially developed as single family. This parcel is located within the Residential General Two Family (RG) zoning district which requires a minimum 75 foot width for new single family lots. The request is a waiver from this 75 foot minimum lot width requirement.
