Notes addressed with the exception of portal frame
Portal frame is not built as drawn.
Portal frame is a drop header condition and drawings call for Portal wall with Pony wall built
above it. Please have EOR address Garage portal frame and accept as built.
Pass/Comments
Contractor can proceed at own risk. If EOR does not accept garage framing as built Contractor
will have to rectify. Clear for insulation.
