Dear Ken Purcell,
Thank you for the recent purchase of your air conditioning system. In review of your file, it was noted that the permit
ACRS21-0186 for your installation at 1978 Brista De Mar Cir. Atlantic Beach, FL 32233 has not been closed. The county
requires that all permits be inspected by 180 Days of application. We have made several attempts to get the final inspection
scheduled and will have to report this to the county.
9/16/21- Lvm, texted and sent email to schedule inspection.
8/24/21- Lvm to schedule inspection
8/19/21- Lvm and sent text message to schedule inspection.
8/10/21- Lvm to schedule inspection.
8/4/21- Lvm to schedule inspection.
To set up your county inspection, please call us at (904) 880-5525 extension 118 or e-mail install@waychoffsac.com with
the selected date you are available to have the inspection performed and we will schedule the inspection accordingly with
the city. Once the inspection is performed the city will close the permit. If you are unable to be available on the scheduled
date, please notify our office the day before so we can reschedule.
