Concrete driveway will be changed to PAVERS. There will will be an apron on city property of 3.0' +/-go up driveway,
and lenght 20.0'.Wings 2.0' +/-; driveway pavers lenght 34.0' +/-, and 20.0'width. A retention pond will be placed on the
East side of house in backyard; the pond will be 15.0' x 20.0' +/-, 0.6' depth. All backyard down spout will be running to
pond with 0.6'tubing. Drainage will come off top of pond with 0.6'tubing, or ditch.
