Thank you for your help Christian. This is very disconcerting as the relationship with this
client ended poorly. It is my understanding that another contractor started this job initially and
I was the second. Their expectations were communicated poorly and that lack of
communication resulted in an estimate that was totally unrealistic. I apologize if I came off
bitchy in the email but I am super perturbed.
