11th Street-Selva Linkside (7 5 Acres)Didn't know that, we thought the land use designation changed and was
adopted 9-13-04. Doesn't the zoning designation have to follow the land
use?

No, the land use designation has been RL (Residential, Low Density)
since the City's first Comprehensive Plan was adopted in 1990. Its the
Zoning designation that would have to be changed. The zoning is
Conservation.

of a rezoning or a Use-by-Exception.
