Re: Additional Business Activities at Liquid Nation / Skate World
Dear Mr. Christenson:
I have been notified by the City’s Code Enforcement and Building Departments that activities
associated with your business are occurring outside of the enclosed building. As you recall from our
conversation in April of this year, regarding your interest in expanding business activ ities associated
with the existing business, we discussed this specific issue. At that time, I requested that you provide
confirmation in writing that the additional business activities would be conducted within the building.
A copy of your letter confirming such is attached. I also advised that adequate parking for additional
activities would have to be maintained, and that you should contact the City Clerk with regard to
amending your Occupational License. All of these requirements must be satisfied in order for the
skateboard training activities to continue. Please feel free to call me at 247-5817 with any questions.
