Dear Mr. Bennett:
Your application for a Use-by-Exception was forwarded to the Planning and Zoning Department
on Monday of this week; however, the application is not a complete application and cannot be
scheduled for public hearing before the Community Development Board until required
information is provided. At minimum, the items listed on the application form, -- Items 11 a.
through e -- must be provided. I have attempted to contact you by phone, but have been unable
to reach you prior to the filing deadline for the March meeting, which was yesterday. Once
required information is submitted, your request will be scheduled for the next available meeting
of the Community Development Board.
