129 12th Street 07.13.2006Alan, I have a whole file on this property. I have also advised them that the only way this could be considered as a separate legal lot would be with approval of a Subdivision Waiver, but that the chances of this being approved, based upon similar requests is slim. As an aside, I have also had calls from neighbors and J. Fletcher questioning and objecting to the owners "selling off" a middle lot.
