July 20th of this year. Based upon Judge Nachman’s order and other information provided relevant to this matter, the City hereby recognizes your lot, as described in EXHIBIT A as “LAND
WHICH SHALL BE RETAINED BY GRANTOR” as a Lot of Record, which is approximately 50.30-feet in width, 100.10-feet in depth containing 5018 square feet of lot area. This lot may be developed
with a single-family residence subject to meeting applicable Building Codes and Land Development Regulations for such construction. Please bear in mind that new development on this
property cannot create any nonconforming characteristic for this lot or adjacent lots.
