Last evening, at the regular meeting of the City Commission, an ordinance enacting revisions to our
zoning regulations related to in-home child care was approved. I have enclosed a copy of these
provisions.
Provided that the childcare you are operating in your home remains consistent with these
regulations, as well as all State requirements and DCF licensing, you may obtain your Occupational
