Re: Appeal of vested rights determination for property located at 347 Third Street
Dear Mr. Brown:
The City has been notified by the title owner of record for the property located at 347 Third
Street (Lot 16, 18 and the west one-half of Lot 14, Block 5) and advised that he no longer has
any pending contract for sale on this property, and that he grants no authorization to proceed to
the public hearing before the City Commission in any matter related to this property.
Accordingly, the appeal of the denial of certain vested rights related to this property will not be
heard by the City Commission at the meeting on Monday, March 11, 2002. (The appeal related
to the Second Street property will proceed as scheduled.) Please feel free to call me at (904)
